Returns and Refund Policy

At Aurora Scents, we make every effort to ensure our customers receive the correct products in the right quality and quantity. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a customer wishes to return an item.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 15 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below:

• Products must be returned unused, unopened, unsealed, and in their original condition.

• Product packaging must remain intact and undamaged.

• Returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain cosmetic, fragrance, or personal care items may not qualify for return once opened or used.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days using the original payment method where possible.

Please note:

• Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless Aurora Scents shipped the incorrect product or the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

• Refund approval remains subject to inspection of returned products.
